Refund and Cancellation
When you get your money back, in plain words.

This policy covers every payment on Tradeoff. It is part of our Terms of Service.
01Nothing renews#
- Every plan is a one-time payment: the 5-Mock Pack, the 30-Day Interview Sprint and the Year pass.
- We never charge you again by ourselves. So there is no subscription to cancel.
- When a plan ends, it simply ends.
02When you get a full refund#
You get all your money back if both of these are true:
- You ask within 7 days of your payment.
- You have not used more than a free account gets. That means: no AI mock interview counted on the paid plan, no more than 20 AI tutor questions on any day, and no more than 1 Drill and 1 Fix it on any day.
We check this from your account. You do not need to explain why you want the refund.
03Mistakes are always refunded#
- You paid, but the plan did not start on your account.
- You were charged twice for the same plan.
04When we cannot refund#
- More than 7 days have passed since the payment.
- You have used more than a free account gets (see above).
- We do not refund part of a plan for the days or mocks you did not use.
05Year pass at the founding price#
The same 7-day rule applies to a Year pass bought at the founding price.
06Company assessment packs#
A company pack is refunded in full within 7 days of payment if no candidate has started a session from it. Write to us from the email of the workspace owner.
07How to ask for a refund#
- Email hello@tradeoffround.com from the email of your account.
- Add the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt if you have it. It helps us find the payment quickly.
We answer within 2 working days. An approved refund goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account through Razorpay. Your bank usually shows it in 5 to 7 working days. The plan ends on your account when the refund is made.
