Why Tradeoff exists

Most engineers don’t fail interviews because they lack effort. They fail because their preparation is unstructured, scattered, and blind.

Tradeoff was built to fix exactly this. We saw a gap between practice and real interview readiness, and built a single platform that closes it using structured paths, AI-powered feedback, and realistic interview simulations.
